Hi Lara! I got mine a while back from an ebay seller. It’s not exactly the Coastal Scents brand, but it comes from the same supplier. There are a few online sellers who carry the same palettes in the Philippines now. Try Dollface Cosmetics: http://dollfacecosmetics.com.ph …they’re pretty popular with makeup enthusiasts in Manila. :)

Yam: I wasn’t much of an eye makeup user before… I was never good at blending… but watching videos on youtube is very helpful! XD
