My feet morphed into ugly little things recently. Both heels and flats tortured them to it. I really needed to treat them, so the afternoon before we flew back to Manila, I dragged JR out to Bugis Street where we spent thirty minutes feeding our feet to an army of fish.
I’ve been wanting to try going for a Fish Spa for months, but due to JR and I’s busy schedules, we only had the time to try it out last week.
Check out my feet being attacked:

The fish feasted on JR’s too:

They obviously liked his feet more! LOL!
The whole fish spa experience wasn’t as scary as I had initially feared. The fish nibbling on my dead skin didn’t hurt at all. In fact, it only felt like getting a regular foot spa, except it felt a little more ticklish.
The spa where we went to was more affordable than other more popular ones. Our thirty minute session only cost SGD15.00 each, as opposed to more commercialized spas going for at least SGD35.00. Quite a good deal, I must say. I just had to ignore the annoyingly loud and talkative lady at the booth. She made me want to get out of there right away. o_O
Thirty minutes wasn’t long enough for the entire fish spa, so I’m hoping to go for another session (will probably try out a different place) when we fly back.
I’m off to dreamland now (dreams about Wilmington NC real estate maybe?). I hope everyone’s having a wonderful holiday! I truly am! =)
